You said:

We have an admission that Jordan was permitting Fedeyeen to conduct raids against Israel despite their reponsibility and obligation to preserve the sanctity and security of their frontier.

Now you say:

A sovereign nation has a responsibility to prevent armed groups from carrying out terrorist attacks against their neighbors..

I'm glad to see you retracting your previous lie that "we have an admission that Jordan was permitting" the raids. Of course, both statements are lies.

Arthur Goldberg, US Ambassador:

"I wish to make it absolutely clear that this large-scale military action cannot be justified, explained away or excused by the incidents which preceded it and in which the government of Jordan has not been implicated."

Odd Bull, UN chief of staff (who was lavishly praised by Israelis for his impartiality):

"The Jordanian authorities did all they possibly could to stop infiltration."

Until the June 1967 War, more Palestinians who were attempting to enter Israel were killed by Jordanian soldiers than by the Israelis themselves.

A few months before the Samu raid, King Hussein took the extraordinary step of closing the PLO offices in Amman and arresting most of its staff.

And even when Nasser outright states the following...

"Our basic objective will be the destruction of Israel. The Arab people want to fight."

...He cannot be accused of being an aggressor. At least in YOUR WORLD..

Correct. Speaking is not an act of aggression. But since you seem to think it is, how about this?

"The moment is coming when we will march on Damascus and overthrow the Syrian government"

--- Israeli General Yitzhak Rabin in mid-May 1967
