Hi Jay, Chinese pop songs in Madarin (4 tones) Older folks in my family speak Cantonese and some variant I never see mentioned. I'm thinking of taking a stab at Mandarin this winter. Seems more practical in the long run and I'm hoping 4 tones will be easier for this old man. I figure if I'm making my kids do it I need to set an example. Worst case I'll give them a good laugh ;o) regards Kastel (not finding too many uses for the Freedom language these days :o)
