Thanks for that article, E.T. He sounds very much like me and I completely understand the hell he went through, if not the revelation he found in the end. Not sure if I want to go through the experience, to be perfectly honest. My approximation of this begins this month - we are starting to do our yoga classes on the beach at 19:30 PM. That will be fun :-) And to jump into the sea immediately afterwards, at 21:00 PM...
