Yeah, it was a really well-done conspiracy. We bought the site and bodily moved it to Kansas City from Seattle in mid-May then Eudora was filtering all of the support emails into oblivion because of a misconfiguration (conflicting filters) error on my part and some delay getting final email addresses set up and configured everywhere they needed to be. Just so we'd be sure the lights wouldn't be on when you sent your reports. Two years in the making, but it got pulled off beautifully. Have you considered re-sending these reports or do you prefer to complain about the darkness to make sure you don't use up candles?
