Kb, What is cuserv? Customer Service! Something I found sorely lacking with TC2000. Generally, I found QP easier to use and nearly problem free downloads of EOD data. Actually, I get my downloads about 0500 each morning, and therefore get the cleaned up version. I like the scan capability in QP much better than TC also. I've attended those TC seminars (twice) but they haven't convinced me to change. Plus, there is a good group of folks here on SI that will help you with any QP problem you may have. I've gotten tons of help with scans, which I'm very poor about writing. At least take a look at QP, that won't cost you anything for a trial. www.quotesplus.com Good luck! Ken
