No answers, but good questions.

The only thing that is different this time is that NG prices most likely will stay at a higher trading range than in the past until the upcoming LNG cycle plays out and it will. We will always have cycles, just maybe at higher price levels. Anyone that doesn't believe that this is still a cyclical business will most likely give back all their profits from the start of this cycle. The only reason I didn't play this cycle as much as in the past is because I saw greater opportunities in the Utes back when the cycle began. Up 300% for the year so far and now 80% cash is not as good as I did in the 1999-2000 cycle, but you can't margin stock under $5.00 were I trade. Good luck to all those who are playing the oils.

One thing to remember about this cycle is it doesn't matter if you are right or wrong, it only matters what the perception of the market is, and right now the market is saying be careful.

Jim

>>reallocated but to which group?<<

What about oil sands, and shale -- given their relatively low price today?
