Can Palestine be a true democracy when only Muslims and Christians can own land or hold office (death penalty for selling land to Jews)?

I'm not sure if this is true, given your propensity for lying and the lack of a citation. If true, that is a natural defensive reaction to the Israeli laws which prohibit non-Jews from buying land. Certainly, these laws did not exist in Palestine before the Zionists arrived. Jewish Palestinians were able to buy land, and in fact they did.

Hawk,

Most of those Palestinians are there, in Jordan, as a result of the ethnic-cleansing of what should have been Palestine, the country. They probably will not be there much longer as they should be repatriated to their lands when Isra'El is made to abide by International Law and not hide behind persecution stories and cries of anti-semitism [sic].

I am not all that keen on the lack of democratic policies in the Arab world either, but that does not give foreigners taking their land under the "we can do it better" motto. This in my opinion is the same mindset the Christian missionaries and the Crusaders used to dominate other peoples in the name of faith.
