waaaaay Niiiiiicooooole aaaaaaand Tooooooom taaaaaaalked, which was like idiots speaking for idiots.
LOL and YES.

I like luuuuv and colors and sounds and I think I am at least at a fifth grade level as I also like caviar and grand opera. However, it might be meaningful that I have just sent two sons out of the nest and my brain may have been affected by 22 years of human growth and development culminating in extensive exposure to teenage behaviors and listening habits. I believe it is a scientific fact that being a mom results in irreversible brain damage.
When I found myself inserting the word "like" indiscriminately in sentences, I knew I had blown out big portions of the language areas.

Actually, I can see where you could judge MR and arrive at that conclusion (appeals to five year olds) based on those elements, which leads me to conclude that culture and personal interests also play into what we enjoy. On another thread recently, someone was touting Eminen as a musical and poetic genius and I find him without any redeeming value- for me. Whether he is worthy of notice as social commentary is another story, but a musical genius- eek.

So I won't think less of you for not appreciating certain aspects of MR, if you will forgive me my enjoyment of it. :) This is just an anomaly; since we both hated Eyes Wide Shut, we obviously both have excellent discriminatory skills.
