Gray, Yes, what is interesting is that many of the defendants in my case used SI in order to solicit clients. They did so under assumed names, posing as successful clients of the brokers and advisers. I've catalogued thousands of those posts. At some point, that will all come out, and those who used SI in this way will have some explaining to do, starting with Philip Berber.

Here are a few of the thousands of graphic examples of Philip Berber/CyberTrader's chicanery at SI, from the Level II Trading thread, which so happens to be a goldmine of evidence against Berber and his firm (sorry, Mr. Berber, all recorded, so don't bother trying to pressure SI to delete it all): Message 3537921 For all of you in this forum don't be fooled by these people. I once saw a "no holds barred" interview between Rush Limbaugh and Newt Gingrich that wasn't this scripted. My point was to discuss the product and service, not fake conversation to sell it. I counted several dozen CyberTrader employees posting at SI under aliases, falsely claiming to be satisfied clients making various killings, starting with DrRisk. Will be interesting when he is stripped bare in public for what he really is.
