The big money is betting on better....at least so far. here's what richard russell says lowry's says Another item. Lowry's Buying Power Index has been falling for almost a month. Even yesterday when you'd think the funds would be buying for "window dressing" purposes, the Buying Power dropped sharply. So if there's been a dearth of buying interest all during June, why would people (funds) suddenly start buying this month -- in July? I dunno, maybe they will. We'll see. But I do know this -- if buying continues to fade, at some point stockholders will become frightened -- and they'll start to sell. That hasn't happened quite yet. But we're getting close.
