I dunno. Our guys dealt with some pretty horrific weather, and did great. I think that if we could have talked to that group of nations on the council that were undecided, and said: ok, we'll give those 45 days, but at the end of it, you agree to stand up with us. If they did, then the rest of the world would see France for what they are. If they didn't, well, we could really throw our hands up and say we tried are very best. The way it went down, it looked like Bush was gonna take Saddam out no matter what (to rescue his Dad's reputation? the world wonders) Now, we're really paying the price for that haste.
