Lots of typical "deer in headlights" people who froze and couldn't pull the trigger to exit losing trades.

As the Complaint bears out, I had no problem "pulling the trigger" on advice I paid for from Rea and Trading Places. Between January 4 and April 1, 1999:

- I executed 3,033 trades
- Valued at >$151 million
- Paying >$75,000 in commissions

But, as I said earlier, (and I know you won't address it) logically it makes no sense (to me) that 2 legal firms would ask to be taken off a case if they felt they would prevail in court and had been hired on a contingency basis.

Good question. I won't get into too many details, as indeed this is inexplicable behavior. For example, as you say, why would a top firm pull out when obviously they believed 100% in the claims, enough to file them on a full contingent basis, being paid not a single cent to file? Well, one answer lies in your earlier post about the Merrill litigation. My former attorneys are co-lead counsel in a dozen of those cases. They thought they were more valuable than mine - not hundreds of millions but billions of dollars. Considering today's outcome, maybe they chose the wrong horse, but I do not know all the facts and I am sure an appeal shall be forthcoming of today's rulings.

As for guarantees, filed in May before the Superior Court was a document now blocked by Rea, which stated:

- 94% Accuracy On All Plays
- NYSE & NASDAQ Plays
- Real Time Stock Alerts
- Short Call Specialists
- Real time stock play alerts
- Nasdaq market specialists
- All plays directed by Merlin
- Long, Short, Hold and Sell Alerts in real time

That document was formerly located at

trading-places.net

Rea thinks to block his site now but a bit late as I have recorded every relevant document. This one is on an offer to join Trading Places for fees. So you have a direct link between the payment of investment advisory fees and a "94% accuracy on all plays" performance claim.

Yes, since I have worked on these claims for quite some time, I've been tenacious, but earning high marks only for tenacity is not why I dedicated myself as I have - I did so in order to prevail before a jury of our peers. Sooner or later, I am confident I shall.
