N. Dixon" is a REFR insider Nope, just a shareholder who has been promoting the stock for many years. Dixon has caused untold losses for anyone foolish to follow his advice. Just defending it from the likes of hedge fund operators who think they can scam the general public and manipulate stocks. REFR shareholders are informed and proactive much to the chagrin of short sellers. Hedge funds hired Manuel Asensio to try and extort shares from REFR. It failed and he pursued a campaign against them.
