I'd say "D". Whether it's 3,000 or 5,000 doesn't really much matter to the point. The point being that globalization is a new word for an old process. What's really happening is globalization is moving faster, but it's the same old thing..."progress". Instead of crossing the land bridge or going over the mountains with elephants, we're sending e-mails.

Is globalization good or bad? Is progress good or bad? Instead of squeezing lemons to make lemon juice, we buy a can of Country Time [tm] Lemonade. That's progress, is that good or bad...well, it depends on what your criteria is. IMO, if "flavor" is your criteria, it's bad; if "convenience" is your criteria it's good. If cost is your criteria, I think home made lemonade is cheaper, then progress is not so good.

Back to the original...Is globalization good or bad? A simple yes or no will suffice.

Stupid question. A simple yes or no will not suffice.
