I agree. Suing people for selling products that people want to buy is ridiculous, IMO. Suing to get them to provide more info to consumers, though, seems reasonable enough to me.

I think that blaming the restaurants is bizarre. I remember when McDonalds came out with a McLean and no one but me bought it so they discontinued it. Sure, restaurants could do more to help, but consumers have to cooperate, too. <g>
