They are obtuse to the simple minded. And I know who the simple minded are. I don't think what I wrote below is obtuse. It's obvious to anyone who understands the military procurement process. That process is very different than commercial and individual buying. I know all three very well. If you don't understand what is said below, it explains why you say such stupid things. If one requires special testing with traceable metrology the costs go up. One can argue the wisdom of buying a particular item in this manner. But only stupid people go looky looky that's waste and fraud. And syd is a stupid people as we all know.
