LOL, another simple concept beyond your comprehension. If all that is is the world an life ends with ones death. Then any person can take any model of natural law and follow it. One can chose survival of the fittest. Kill any genes that compete with ones own and have as many woman as possible to pass on ones genes. One can force others not related to slave to provide survival of ones own genes. This is a model found in the natural world. A group can get together for mutual support. What basis other than you distaste and opinion makes living by such rules immoral or unethical. After all men were not endowed by their creator with certain inalienable rights. Men are born with only the rights given them by other men. No more no less. A popular vote or a group of judges can redefine those rights.
