Good point. I think some of them get some exposure through the indexes, like S&P mid-cap 400. But I would not be surprised if 80% of European holdings were in the 150 top stocks. That would probably follow the 80:20 rule -the Paraeto thing.

The other item is at some point the Europeans will stop selling, when they have reduce exposure to North America to levels they are comfortable with or need. If they need to be in software or pharmaceuticals, is tough to avoid the US.

Then the question is - will there still be drive and liquidity to push up these stocks ?
A few months from now, the market may become very dividend centric. Or maybe focused on earnings growth.

Flip side, if it takes $1.25 or more to buy a Euro, US stocks may start to look very good to the Europeans...
