Hi Murrey! Well, nothing wrong with cash. Remember I closed a huge portion of my longs a couple of weeks ago, so I'm sitting on a high level of cash in the trading pot. Glad the real estate market is doing good up there. Housing seems good down here, too, and the last time we were out at our place in Colo, my real estate contacts said that people were still walking in paying cash for million dollar homes and that sometimes property was so hot that buyers got in bidding wars actually pushing the price up. That's in the resort area, though, where the "obnoxiousness of wealth" is very apparent. I have seen some slowness in the mid-range properties up there. RR
