Why? Because it was the best thing to do and thousands of guys of ours were dying needlessly by then. Kerry did the right thing, and shame on the right for attacking our greatest war heros. Kerry is higher decorated than Oliver North, who lied to congress and was responsible for trading weapons to Iran and giving more to drug-runners in central America.
