This is part of the thing that surprises me about the right and their incessant attacks on Clinton for lying about having sex. Reagan's administration was absolutely overflowing with scandal, both for his cabinet members individually and in general. Iran-Contra was as big as Watergate, outside of the fact that Reagan 'couldn't recall' any knowledge (and there were no tapes as in Watergate; I'm sure Nixon 'couldn't recall', either). The S&L crisis was huge, and cost us billions. By the end of the presidency, Nancy was running the President, using astrology for state matters.

Guys: there was a reason they called him the 'teflon president'. Because none of the many scandels would ever stick (probably because he was glib and seemed to be like everyone's grandfather).

Either these guys are too young to remember, or they also have convenient memory.
