What kind of idiot votes for something that he has never read??? With the volume of appropriations bills and other legislation it's impossible for any human being to read all the legislation they vote on. Along with that, it's impossible for Bush to read everything that he signs. It's not humanly possible. The leadership has even less time than the other members do to read legislation. That's a problem with the Congress critters....not Bush....not even the Repub. leadership.....but ONLY the individuals who voted without reading.....
