Nadine, He is hopeful as am i. The question ultimately is not how bad hamas et al are but how crazy? I have a stupid question for you. Do you view Hamas as a pure al quaeda-like islamist fundamentalist organization or something more practical. I am not asking about the violence because atheists could be terrorists--i am talking about the religous motivation for what they do. I consider them and hizbollah for that matter more nationalist in orientation than religous althouth they are both both. mike
