Don't tell me "you guys" please. I don't hate the man, I simply hate what he has done. Please try to recognize that distinction- even if you can't do it, I can.

Clinton is still discussed more on these boards than Bush- and his actions weren't nearly as significant (imo- and I suspect the judgment of history will bear this out). We are now occupying two countries- that strikes me as much more significant than anything Clinton did overseas(in terms of monetary commitment and impact on the world)- and it seems to be significant in a Bad Way. I am not really interested in discussing FDR because he isn't affecting me now. On the other hand certain conservatives on these threads are still bashing Clinton, every day, almost every post- and he isn't president. And they hate him- very much- and they are willing to say it. In fact, some people on these board call all liberals and democrats "treasonous" and say they "hate" America. That, imo, is awful. I hope no liberals are doing that to conservatives. I would be so ashamed of them.

If you are really concerned about hate, and are a conservative, perhaps you should try to put your own house in order? There is an overwhelming amount of hate flowing from it.
