Carl, You are a man of your word. And Accountable. And based on the links you provide your word was accurate. Was this because you are a gypsy or have ESP? Or, I think, is it based on knowledge of military history. It is just like you said. Wasn't there anyone telling Bush/Cheney/Wolfawitz/Perle/Rummy this? Oh, right, Powell probably was was telling them. He knew something of military matters. And they made him stand in front of the UN with the Bogus intelligence. I hope we start getting smart, fast.
