FYI: The Clinton/Rubin deflation, which has interrupted the Reagan Boom (hopefully temporarily) dates from 1995. The Clinton/Rubin Tax theft, which guaranteed that the Clinton/Rubin recession would begin during William the Bastard's term, was passed in 1993. The damage was thus done.
