The judge is 96 years old and senile. He basically said "That the brokerages were breaking the law was public knowledge. Therefore nobody can claim that they were injured financially by the brokerages unlawful conduct, since they chose to invest their money with them anyway"

I'm dead serious, this assclown at the age of 96 should not be making case law, he should be having the drool from his chin wiped in a nursing home. To say that something instantly becomse LEGAL simply because you warn people in advance that you are going to break the law, is the single most stupid thing I have ever heard anyone in the judicial branch say in my entire 32 years of life in this planet.

The guy should be disbarred and thrown off the bench.

I suppose now he'll let a bank robber out of prison if the guy warned the teller he was going to rob the bank before he actually did it?

Or if a drunken guy kills his wife, he can be found innocent if he warned her by saying :"i'm going to fucking kill you if you don't bring me another beer!!!" before he actually shot her?

I am ABSOLUTELY speechless.

Wall Street has just been told that *everything* is forgiven.
