Why don't we do away with all regulation? Are you saying that if a brokerage puts "we will rob you blind" in the 874th page of their annual report, that they are free to break every securities law on the books?

Not sure that BUYING IPO shares of dodgy companies touted as "winners of the internet age" was "free lunch".

If it is not a crime to misrepresent the prospects of what you are selling, knowing all too well that its a PoS, then I don't know what is.
