Saddam was killing these babies or our sanctions? Both. Yeah? Are you just using poetic license here or you have evidence? Would you have supported a total lift of all sanctions on Iraq including those covering weapons and "dual use" items that could be used to make chemical or bio weapons? With the proper inspection and verification program in place, absolutely. Sanctions never work. They inevitably hurt the people we purport to be trying to help.
