Property values out here in the boonies have been getting more insane. Talked to a guy last night who's house was just appraised for a home equity loan. It appraised for triple what he paid not that long ago. He said with a loud laugh "obviously they approved my loan". He's reducing his hard earned equity for new debt AND he's laughing at how stupid the bank is - what a great country... Have you seen any signs of us moving towards the truth so we can start repairing system? Seriously I'd like your latest take on what's going on. I haven't seen anything to give me confidence.
