It is clear to me that Gore would have won Florida if election anomolies were not present. Just the Buchanan votes in Palm Beach alone, if correctly cast, would have resulted in a Gore victory. Even Pat Buchanan admits that he could not have gotten 3900 votes in Palm Beach. Statistical analysis shows that those miscued ballots would have gone to Gore, and that Gore would have won the election. This as a result of the now famous butterfly ballot where Pat Buchanan's hole was opposite Gore's name. Orca
