Clark can be helpful in burying Bush in 2004. Bushies whole image is around the military. But none of them served in combat. Not the rightwing leadership. So now they have top generals with extreme credibility telling the public Bush is full of it and Clinton-Gore were tough on defense issues. Dont think that doesn't take points away from Bush.

A guy like Clark could cost Bush 10% at the ballot box if were to run as a VP. He could also deliver Arkansas his home state maybe.
