Mark Barton was the number one suspect in the killing of his first wife and mother in law all the way back in 1993 shortly after taking out a 600k insurance policy. Was he day trading then? I do not thinks so. Just a guy that was drawn to easy money and already sick. Day trading was the symptom of his problems and not the cause of it. Also remember that this last time around, he killed his wife and both his children before going to the trade office.

I was not aware of those facts at all. Reports I read did not include them. If that is the case, then you certainly have a point.

I do not use Barton to bolster what you inaccurately term my "cause." I did because as I recall, whatever Barton's personal psychiatric history, of which I admittedly know nothing, the local office had defrauded him.

"Stock humping pikers." LOL! One thing will take place and of this I am absolutely sure: considering the colorful nature of the defendants, the trial will not put anyone to sleep.

I am pleased you do see that the law is the law and not if but when certain facts are proven, we could very well see a number of the defendants trading in their lucky trading hat for prison stripes a la Milken and Boesky.
