But fast foods are so hazardous to one's life that tort lawyers in taking a bite may all die from malnutrition. And they may get so skinny that they are crushed under by good folks.

Just finished talking to two prospective clients. I didn't take either case but I was again impressed with how much economic pain and suffering is out there right now.
