if you will read my post , i didn't say i believed that "we are there now"

i said there are *risks*

as far as waiting till the numbers drop below 1% for several consecutive month before addressing deflation risk...

the job market remains weak, until that turns around sufficiently to generate sustain-ably stronger consumer spending not fueled by cash-out re'fi infusion and meaning strong enough to generate new jobs, disinflation, deflation, stagflation (take your pick) concerns will remain.
