If the facts were as you allege, yes, I suppose it would be more serious. I do not think that there was any conspiracy to fabricate intelligence. Yes, dealing with the aftermath is the key to success. We need, though, to allow time to sort things out. I do not think that the Clinton decade was so bad, but neither do I think it was so great. It sowed the seeds of the problems about which you now complain. I have no firm opinion of the "Roosevelt Amendment", but it was time for Bill to go........
