File the durn lawsuit

Amigo, I don't know what hat you're talking about, and pre-4th I just had a nice burger, but the case was filed October 11, 2002 in the Superior Court of the State of California for the County of San Francisco, Asser vs. Rea et al Case No. 413497.

As for reading about it all in the paper, here you go:

nytimes.com

That pretty girl checking out the markets is now my wife. The author of that Sunday, October 15, 2000 Money&Business headline story in the New York Times is the Pultizer Prize- winner Gretchen Morgenson. 8 million readers of the Sunday Times.

Que pasa?

By continuing to post here, you are only damaging yourself. Intensely.

Not trying to shush you up. Just trying to give you good advice.

Oh really? The last time I opened my so-called big mouth here was starting in 2001, and as a result the defendants in their absolute confidence that I was all talk and no action gave away every last facet of their defense strategy. If you check one of the defendants answered the Complaint and every last argument they made was a repetition of what was said here. "Intense damage"? lol. OK.

Last time I checked talking facts does no one except the ones who are guilty, on the receiving end of truths they'd like to keep quiet, any damage. I am not the party in this action seeking to squelch, to smother the facts; no, the defendants are doing that, desperate to avoid the facts coming to the fore, scared witless of a trial by jury. If you question this, you may wish to check the register of actions in my case, which demonstrates their running and hiding from this case, instead of trying to counter-sue or have the claims dismissed.
