Chris Matthews suddenly transformed himself into a moderate when he was given his own hour TV show. He started on CNN's Crossfire and was more liberal than Hillary Clinton at the time. Bill O'Reilly claims he's a moderate as well. It seems talking show hosts believe they can draw a larger audience if they proclaim themselves to be politically down the middle. In fact, Chris leans to the left and Bill to the right.
