That would be former CEO (Michael Cowpland), but I think that's who she means.

Correct! Don't remember the CEO's name but after losing a bundle on the stock, I learned that discovering the quality of management is the most difficult information to find when researching a company. They say experience is the best teacher & the COSFF loss taught me to always dig for personal info on management because unstable personalities often sink a once solid ship. What do you consider the best source of this type of info?

Trivia Example: In past few yrs which company stock plummeted due to son of founder's poor management?
