Good to see you back wstera. My torn meniscus years ago didn't deteriorate like yours, so my situation isn't perfectly comparable. However, I do remember that 4 days a week on a leg extension machine with light weight at the local YMCA strengthened all of the muscles around the knee and took lots of pressure off. Have a great 4th, and good luck with the knee rehab. Family and I are out of here for a week. jpg

Wstera! I am sorry you have had so many problems, I hope things are beginning to turn around for you. I believe RR tried to arouse you at one time and we didn't hear from you.
