Hi Jimsioi: ML called a sell on high price this current market situation in China (sars and world situation). The China government also gave indications it will not stand for energy prices going much higher with a new law on price gouging or whatever. That is my opinion for the recent drop in PTR. But with 90% of shares closely held, it is OK for some of the 10% to bail out to create a little share liquidity (JMHO). Will check out the CHN. Does it exceed or track the China general markets?
