You can wipe off the sweat while you watch the fireworks! Naw. You get acclimated. I've been here five years, and the Houston heat and humidity doesn't bother me much anymore. Wear jeans year round. The other day I was selling cans to the recycler and looked at the thermometer they had in the shade by the register. Over 100 degrees. I could tell it was hot, but it just felt like a balmy day to me. The equivalent probably of an 80 degree summer day in Pennsylvania. Heat index was 110. Never broke a sweat. A former coworker of mine was a Navy brat from Hawaii. Always complained of being cold here. ;) Derek
