Israelis Sense They've Won Not the sense I get from the Israeli papers. There, they thought they were winning before being forced into this stupid "road map"; now, they worry that road map concessions will allow the Palestinians to delude themselves into victory again. BTW, did you see Wednesday's Bennet article? Bennet said that there would be no Israeli/Pal negotiations if not for the victory in Iraq, causing Taranto to chortle on Opinionjournal.com, "Hey, the New York Times says that the road to Jerusalem runs through Baghdad after all!"
