I think we will see some dramatic action to the downside in two or three stages from now though October. If I had to guess, it will be some variation of a California govt bust, Message 19072653 GSE interest rate backups, and somebody (perhaps several, perhaps a lot of players) getting caught big on the wrong side of these Easy Al moral hazard carry trades, charts3.barchart.com and then in succession, a yuan revaluation (USD collapse). Of course could be a multitude of other things people are in denial about as well.
