They've been on Hardball together more than once. They just try and talk over each other while Matthews tries to get in a word edgewise.... a real rarity!

I'll never forget the time on Hardball when Chris asked Vanden Heuvel who her Congressman was and she didn't know. Of course, that was the day after she was on the show discussing Clinton's possible office location in Harlem.

MS. VANDEN HEUVEL: I live in the neighborhood. I live at 106th St., and I think Clinton would do well to look around the neighborhood, and suggest that he alone isn’t going to revive Harlem..."

MATTHEWS: Katrina, let me ask you a question, a point of information.

MS. VANDEN HEUVEL: Yes.

MATTHEWS: You say that you live near where Bill Clinton’s going to have his office. Just technically, if I were to look at a map of New York, where would it say you live? You don’t live in Harlem, do you?

MS. VANDEN HEUVEL: I lived at a hundred and...

MATTHEWS: Technically, where do you live?

MS. VANDEN HEUVEL: I live at 106th St.

MATTHEWS: What neighborhood is that, Morningside Heights?

MS. VANDEN HEUVEL: It’s the U–It’s the Upper West Side. But if I might add, maybe Bill Clinton is doing penance.

I guess not kowing where she lived explains not knowing who her representative was.
