Hello CB, OK; Didn't think so; Probably bought without knowing; No, because they need to print along with everyone else; the skill will return when it has to. On <<aging population>> ... I think the whole world has an aging population issue, the difference being speed of progress, 'arrestability', internal composition, and the exceptions being Islamic countries and possibly Latin American countries.
