If you're not with us then you're against us, and even worse, you're a traitor criminal who ought to be investigated by a new Joseph McCarthy. All black and white exteme exaggerations to try and divide us into "good or evil". Coulter also uses "idiot", as if democrats are all stupid because they can't see the imminent threats posed by Saddam Hussein and his huge WMD's stockpiles mounted on ready to launch SCUDS and ICM's. Not bothering to realize those weapons dont exist. Same with North Korean and its non-existent ICBM's "capable of reaching California". No mention of the 50% of Democrats who voted for the war, including half the democratic presidential candidates or the 10% of Republicans who opposed it. And what about independents? Are they good or evil? Patriots or traitors? What about vets who oppose wars? No mention of them. What Coulter and her ilk refuse to see is that their dogma is now bordering on fascism and ironically begins creeping into the style used by the very intolerant one-party goverments Bushies demonize as "evil". Saddam and the Taliban, not to mention Castro. In those countries too, if one criticizes the leader or refuses to support a war, one is investigated and even jailed. Just the way McCarthy wanted things to be, and now apparently, Coulter too. Or as in Saudi Arabia or Iran if you dont follow intolerant religious laws you are also persecuted and punished. Ironically, the early Christians were the ones persecuted by the Roman Empire, which is also a state of mind the neocons seem to enjoy dreaming about. The imperial neo Roman US empire spanning half the globe. Plays right into Osama Bin Lauden's hands, doesn't it? Proves his argument really. Bin Lauden's big argument was that the US and Israel's real goal was to take over the Middle East and occupy it and its oil. True, Bin Lauden's terrorism made some of this necessary, but on the arab streets it's probably looking like Osama was prophetic instead of crazy.
