Attack Elmer! just like the "Mouse That Roared" And just look at how well Japan and West Germany did after 1945.

And with the state of Canada's military, with most of the fighting personnel overseas on peacekeeping duties, and the US skill at minimizing civilian casualties, maybe no one would get hurt.
