Absolutely. The best beginning (a tried an true method) would be using resources and time to recruit Hispanic precinct and county chairpeople. And since the party is in such awful shape, it wouldn't be long before an Hispanic state chairman could be selected. What a contrast-given the right people in the right places-to the unseemly Democrat back-stabbing of Miguel Estrada. The Estrada crime is REALLY the Democrats saying, "We are proving a point to the hated BUSH here, and we'll step on any BEANER we have to if he gets in our way." So the time for the California Republican party to rise from the dead is NOW. They had BETTER be thinking about it...

The potential is HUGE. For instance, Hispanic potential voters outnumber black voters in Maxine Water's congressional district. Yet she's in a "safe" seat. No reason for it to BE safe. Just ask enough Hispanic voters if they're happy having that left wing IDIOT represent them in Washington. Some of those Huffingtonians might be surprised at the intensity of the answer. Tip O'Neal said, "All politics is local." He might well have added, "Over half of politics is tribal." Six scatterbrains on the SCOTUS just blessed tribal war in this country, through the euphemism of "diversity" and "multiculturalism". So IF we are all going to have to accept tribal war as "in the general public interest", then that means we fight a tribal war. And such wars only end when one side wins...
