Your reasoning seems somewhat beyond my capabilities.... though I do get the point that if one's assets are based in a currency other than the dollar a mere dollar rally in GOLD is not meaningful. I'm USD based so personally I start getting more bullish GOLD if it can get over $355-7. At $480 irregardless of where the dollar is in relation to the Euro, I most likely will have sold out too early....

Oh, heck, maybe next time will be different.
